Anyone who knows me is aware I am pretty much a technophobe. Not techno savy at all, noooo, not me. So what is a web tool designed for a web fool? Well firstly, you need to explain exactly WHAT the definition of a web tool is, and then you need to explain in very simple words what the hell I do with it!
