Old age and infirmity.

It is cold. Really cold. But what has impacted so greatly this year is how much the cold makes my joints ache. I have an old knee injury from my youth which has troubled me on and off over the years, but nothing approaching the pain this frosty weather has induced. Ah, the joys of getting older. And slower.

I'm a spry 33, but have arthritis in all of my joints. This winter has been the worst I've experienced in years.

Tell me about it - I turned 40 and literally overnight my body has proceeded to pack up left right and centre! IT SUCKS!

I hear you on that! Every year, despite the additional padding I seem to put on the outside, the cold gets further inside!

Thanks for Rewinding at the Fibro!

After 40 my body started aching, I called my mom for some sympathy. She said wait til your 50, then everything really falls apart. Thanks Mom.
